He was super helpful the whole way through and never gave me any attitude, even when I joked about backing out the day before closing (pretty sure I almost gave him a heart attack 🤣). He also did a free inspection of the things that were fixed after a home inspection to see if it’s actually fixed(so we could save $ on hiring an expert to make sure it’s fixed).
